Write a paragraph about popular food or drinks in your neighbourhood?

For some people, food is just a necessity to satisfy basic needs; for the others, food is more than just a basic necessity, but a pleasure that plays a significant role in their understanding of happiness. There are so many different cuisines and food preferences built by cultural and ethnical backgrounds, geographical locations and social classes. Food and popular meals can tell us a lot about the history and traditions of various nations and regions. Meat eating habits, herbs, and crops – everything makes its contribution to the traditional cuisine and culture. India is a land of spices, Africa is a continent of sauces, Europe discloses esthetical beauty of food and opens up new opportunities and inventions for those who value and enjoy eating.

Eating habits change over time and follow climate, cultural and other transformations that determined the evolution of the communities. Changes in the way people serve the table, evolution of European and Asian business etiquette, food preferences according to the surveys in different countries and other elements that allow measuring and analyzing the evolution of food help us understand the history.

Some of the recipes we keep through generations and these old traditions and knowledge are the only untouchable aspects that people try to bring with them. With globalization and exchange of knowledge between different countries, food becomes more accessible, and now we have an opportunity to try and investigate various fruits and vegetables from different corners of the world. Transportation facilities made it possible to develop food trade, and there are almost no borders that could limit English people from trying Indian or Chinese food. Other factors that spread and mix food preferences around the world are immigration and ethnical minorities that inevitably widen knowledge of local population about various cuisines.

My neighbour  favorite food:
Pho is one of my neighbour favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our neighbourhood. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. We alway enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. We love Pho and we can eat it every morning without boring.

My favorite popular food is banh xeo.I think it a special food wit a lot of taste.It's very delicious and beautiful colour.I aways eat it every day in the afternoon or the evening.It's have shrimp and meat on it and circle by many interesting thing.I love banh xeo

Vietnam is famous with its traditinal and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. Myy mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that dhe reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world.

FRIED RICE

We will prepare: 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Firstly, we beat the eggs with salt, pepper, onion. Then we heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. When the oil is hot, pour the the mixture into the pan. When it is hot, take it out and clean out the pan. Next, we add 2 tablespoons oil, add the rice, stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks to break it apart, stir in the soy sauce. When the rice is heated through, we add the mixture back into the pan. Remember to serve hot.
