Write an essay about the Teacher day?

If you used to be a student, I'm sure that you have to have a good teacher in your mind. For me, My good teacher is my english teacher. Her name is Jessica, she is a American teacher. I was impressed by her character. If your teacher is hard, Jessica is easy. She always smile with her student and help us improve our grammar and vocabulary. In addition, she know French, Japanese and Chinese. It's a special impression for me because that's the first time I was taught by a teacher who know so many foreign languages.
Nowaday, she doesn't teach me, but in my mind, she's still a best teacher.

There is a famous saying in India, Teachers are the second parents of the students. Parent give birth to their children and teachers, gurus, guides teach them to succeed in life, show them the path towards success. Indian society takes education very seriously, every parent wants their children to be educated. Poor parents think if their children get a proper education, then they can get a well-paid job which can lift them from poverty, so they put all their heart and soul in educating children. Middle class or affluent Indian families want their children to have a better education so that they earn big, don’t need to struggle as their parents did. In short, in India education have great importance. But in the same country, we ignore the people who carry this humongous responsibility on their shoulders, those are our teachers. Teachers are the backbone of the Indian education system. But somehow they are not getting the value they supposed to get. A greater role is expected from them but they never get due credit for same. Teachers shape student life, it’s a big responsibility but what about the teacher’s life. They face their own struggles, problem and overcome them to fulfill students aspirations.
