ĐÂY LÀ CÁCH LM BÁNH BÔNG LAN!
Of all the cakes I usually eat, my favorite is cakes, it is very delicious and I like it and here is how to make cakes
1. Dried fruits with warm water to clean the outer layer. Drain and soak with Rum. Cover for 7-8 hours (or overnight) for fruit to sip.The dried fruit after soaked with Rum, drain the basket to drain. Retain the wine soaked to spread on the cake.2. Heat the oven at 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) - two fire. Prevent mold from stick spray or apply butter all over the mold and cover with a layer of flour. Rotate the mold to cover all over the mold. Upside down the mold for excess powder to fall out.
3. For a beat at medium speed, beat butter with salt for about 15 seconds. Keep the machine running, slowly sieve or sprinkle sugar to the European (take about 30s to complete the number of sugar). Or you can split the sugar into 3 parts and then sieve in turn, hit each section about 10s and then. Beat the butter until the butter turns smooth and turns white. Occasionally stop the machine and dredge into the butter to beat evenly.
4. In another whisk the eggs, egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Let the machine run at medium speed, slowly pouring the liquid mixture into the buttermilk, beat well. Note that pour slowly & very slowly, you do not know you can split the eggs into 4-5 parts, for each part on the butter, beat evenly after each egg.5.Take 80% of the powder, divided into 2 parts, sieve in the sieve and leave the machine at medium speed, brush evenly after each addition of flour.
6. Take 20% of the remaining flour mixed with dried fruit (soaked in alcohol) and mix the number of fruit with the mixture of eggs in the egg.
7. Pour the powder into the mold, using a wooden spatula or dough spatula for flat. Bake at 165 degrees for about 55-65 minutes. After about ½ or 2/3 of the baking time, if the cake appears too yellow, take a piece of foil to cover the cake to keep the cake from burning. The cake is rinsed from the oven, let the cake cool in the mold for about 5 minutes and then use a thin knife blade around the mold, take the cake out, spread the rum all over the face & cake. Let the cake cool down on the rack.

Egg coffee, called Cà Phê Trứng in Vietnamese, was first invented by Nguyen Giang in 1946. There was a shortage of milk in Hanoi due to the French War. Mr. Nguyen reatively began adding whisked eggs to his coffee instead.
The original version was a bit, well, eggy. But over time the recipe was modified with the addition of sugar, condensed milk, and even Laughing Cow cheese. No one knows the recipe for sure since it’s a secret recipe. These days Egg Coffee is a staple of Hanoi coffee culture and a must-try while in Hanoi!
What does it taste like? Well it’s incredibly thick and rich and creamy. Closer to a dessert than a beverage. Liquid tiramisu is the most accurate description we’ve heard.
Nguyen Giang still has a café where you can try his famous recipe, or you can grab a cup of Egg Coffee at dozens of coffee shops all over Hanoi.
1. Who invented egg coffee?
2. Why did Nguyen Giang add whisked eggs to his coffee?
3. What is the recipe to make egg coffee nowadays?
4. What does egg coffee taste like?
5. Where can we buy this type of coffee?
